Description. Ocelots look like mini leopards. They are about the size of a medium sized dog and weigh up to 35kg. | |
Classification. Ocelots belong to the cat family, They are carnivores. Their scientific name is : Leopardus pardalis. |

Location. Ocelots live in Central American countries including Brazil and Mexico. They only live in thick jungle. | |
Dynamics. Ocelots hunt at night. They eat all sorts of animals including lizards, rats, birds and small monkeys. During the day they rest and sleep high up in the trees. |
